What is self sabotage?
What would you say if I told you that you are getting in your own way?
And that it's actually relatively simple, with a little help (from me) to stop you blocking yourself?

In short, self sabotage is knowing, or sensing that something is wrong for you, but doing it anyway.
This applies to confidence, negative self talk, what ifs, relationships, comfort eating, smoking, scrolling through instagram for hours, staying in jobs we don't want to be in... you name it! We live in a ‘pick your poison’ society, with trapdoors on every corner just waiting to sabotage our attention. Self Sabotage coaching is the most efficient and permanent method of turning the life you have, into the life you want.
Why it works
Your subconscious mind holds your most deep rooted, impossible-to-detect, limiting beliefs which directly rule your conscious choices. You have NO idea you are even listening to them. Self Sabotage coaching uses proven techniques to identify and re-programme your subconscious so you can, quite simply, get out of your own way, and finally on the road to your best life.
How it works
It's not enough to just know that you Self Sabotage, or even just to work out why. Indeed, the realisation of ‘why’ increases your chance of success 1000 fold, and using a very specific, in-depth tailor made questionnaire, I teach you how to understand why you are afraid to be better than your peers. THEN, we re-programme that fear. And THAT's where the magic really gets going!

You use the same toolkit as the 1:1 coaching, but attend sessions as a small supportive community. There is time to discuss, understand and motivate, and time to learn the tools to re-programme your mind once and for all.

I'm Natalie, and I am a qualified Freedom from Self Sabotage Coach, yoga and pilates teacher, holistic nutritionist and group/personal fitness trainer. Oh..... and I have been transforming women's lives for over twenty five years.
​
But more importantly, I am a woman with curves, flaws, hormones, and a self-sabotage story of my own that so many of you out there will relate to.
I am qualified both in study, and through personal experience of practicing what I preach, as well as working with, and continuing to learn from the wonderful women I am honoured to help in my work as a coach.

I have lived and taught all over the world, including the UK, Australia, UAE, Spain, and now The UK Channel Islands, where I coach women online, in person, and at my life-changing retreats.

Join me, my wonderful partner in holistic wellness Clare Evans, and a small group of women with the same ultimate goal, on one of our luxuriously healing retreats.

You will feel a wonderful sense of both self and group release as you participate in a diverse range of Yoga and Pilates sessions and learn new wellness tricks in our relaxed talks on all manner of holistic subjects. ​

Our retreats take place here on the beautiful island of Alderney in the Channel Islands. Staying at one of the beautiful island hotels or in your own home, you will find the food outstanding and the class/talks itinerary both energising and relaxing. We also take gentle walks along the cliffs full of wild flowers, do Tai Chi on the beach at sunrise, Meditate surrounded by beautiful birdsong (you might see a Puffin or a Gannet) and dip ourselves into the refreshing sea at one of the gorgeous sweeping bays (yes we have a few to choose from), then pop into the mobile sauna to warm up!!

Yoga and Pilates
